Aopu has been specializing in investment casting and precision machining for over 24 years. We take pride in delivering high-quality stainless steel components for industrial pumps and valves, complex mechanical parts, and custom materials for specialized applications. Known for tackling even the most challenging projects, we offer precision and excellence in every product.
Founded in 2000 in Xingning City, Meizhou, Guangdong Province, Aopu covers an area of approximately 30,000 square meters. Our production capabilities include over 230 alloy grades and a capacity to produce 2,000 tons annually. We also develop more than 600 new products each year, ensuring we stay at the forefront of industry demands.
We handle items ranging from a few hundred grams to 600 kg, with a maximum size of 900 x 900 x 1200 mm. By utilizing silica sol casting technology, we achieve superior quality at costs comparable to traditional sand casting, providing our customers with excellent value.
Aopu is committed to innovation and quality. As a certified high-tech enterprise, we hold 25 utility model patents and have established a comprehensive quality management system supported by ERP software. We also maintain multiple certifications from international classification societies, ensuring our production processes and testing meet the highest global standards.
