ABOUT US: The Lone Star Chapter of PayrollOrg (fka - American Payroll Association) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) professional organization made up of payroll professionals across North Texas. We have a focused passion for servicing those new to the payroll profession and those willing to help others advance their careers through mentoring and partnerships. We currently are 100% virtual to meet the needs of the diverse workforce we serve. This will allow us to save time and cost in bringing premier educational opportunities for our members and guests. The Lone Star Chapter is a nationally accredited chapter, affiliated with the PayrollOrg (fka -American Payroll Association.) LONE STAR CHAPTER MISSION STATEMENT: To provide a platform for Payroll Professionals to improve skills and broaden their field of knowledge through education and networking with other professionals. LONE STAR CHAPTER PURPOSE: Promote the payroll occupation and educate future payroll professionals. When we founded Lone Star Chapter, we knew we wanted to present a chapter that was based on simple principles. Education of the payroll professional, dedication, and service to the communities in which we serve. We want to bring forth educational opportunities in a virtual environment at reasonable prices. With the economy and the struggles of the post-pandemic; we want to be sure we focus on what we can do differently to keep things moving forward and ensure we bring education directly to you, no matter where you are. The Board of Directors is purpose-driven to ensure we deliver quality education with up-to-date content. We are focused on finding the right instructors who work directly in our industry and can speak to our stresses and challenges. We look forward to serving you.
