Pardis Pajoohesh (Apatech brand) is a specialized company in manufacturing of nanomaterials such as nano-hydroxyapatite, hydroxyapatite, bioglasses, nano and non-nano zinc oxide, founded in 2011, developing innovative in biomaterials to be used in the industries of medical devices, cosmetics, oral care and food.

Since the chemical composition of hydroxyapatite is fully similar to the main structure of tooth enamel, as a toothpaste, mouth-wash, varnish, soft drink and chewing-gum ingredient, it forms a protective new layer made of tooth enamel and covers the open pores of tubules, and eliminates the sensitivity of teeth.
Nano-hydroxyapatite is widely used bioceramic material for bone graft substitute owing to its biocompatibility and osteoconductive properties.It is known as a promising hemostatic component as well.it has better hemostatic ability and better biocompatibility when compared with bone wax.
In personal care products, hydroxyapatite is suitable as sun protection agent in sun screen creams, as absorbent in anti-perspirant, rejuvenation creams and fillers.
Hydroxyapatite is a promising sorbent for heavy metal removal from gas, water and soil.
