APC Kamphorst is a Private Equity company for sustainable agro-projects. The projects are located and executed in Romania by our daughter company Agro Paraiso. Through our Kamphorst Agrofondsen we seek investments that create mutual benefits to all stakeholders: investors, tenants, local authorities and the community. We see our investments as a starting point to create sustainable development and an improvement in the welfare of the region. We do this by adhering to our principles: We only invest in inflation-proof, long-term investment in the agriculture sector. Each investment must also imply development for the region. We see no value in pure investment without regional and personal development. By development we mean all initiatives that are aimed at creating jobs and transferring know-how and prosperity in the region. We actively seek and support initiatives in the region to transfer know-how and experience from the Netherlands to Romania. We employ young people and pay close attention to training and an independent working method. We offer our employees professional training in order to promote their development. The development is partly done through the work of our team. Mostly it consists of supporting entrepreneurs and companies who wish to become active in our region. We offer them support by providing our network, knowledge and experience. We communicate our values clearly and follow them through in daily life.
