Cornaglia & Associati has been offering advisory services to companies for over 15 years, with focus on company reorganisation, merger and acquisitions, and replacement capital. Cornaglia & Associati has an extensive experience with the major Italian private equity operators.
APE currently manages two Private Equity funds raised respectively in 2002 and 2003, with a total commitment of more than € 90 million:
