APEAR (Asia Pacific Employee Assistance Roundtable)

APEAR (Asia Pacific Employee Assistance Roundtable) is a regional forum promoting and guiding the highest standards of practice across the field of Employee Assistance for providers, practitioners and purchases of services. Employee Assistance (EA) is a work-based program designed to improve organizational performance through the provision of structured management and employee support services. Increasingly employee assistance programs (EAPs) also provide broader holistic care and support across all aspects of work and life. Since 2003 APEAR has attracted industry leaders, managers and supervisors, health professionals, human resource professionals, medical advisors and those interested in employee performance, productivity, health and safety. Our members come from countries not just across Asia Pacific, but from right across the globe.
