APEF is a non-governmental ,nonprofit organization established in 2005 in Democratic Republic of Congo under the number JUST/G-S/112/S-KV/ 1921 /2005.APEF works in collaboration with women and children in Luwhindja as a development advocate and empowerment organization to help them find solutions to overcome poverty, illiteracy and dependence. We promote education for children and women empowerment by teaching them manual skills that allows them to provide for themselves and their families .
