Apeiron Management is a specialized investor and advisor targeting mid-market opportunities in Italy. Our team’s experience ranges from private equity to credit to special situations to insolvency compositions. We deploy capital over a broad range of business sectors, working alongside stakeholders to implement value investing strategies in a variety of scenarios. Typically we target transactions that range from EUR 5 million to EUR 50 million, but have scope to consider larger opportunities. We participate across the capital structure, from debt to equity. We believe our key advantages lie in a deep local knowledge, a flexible approach and an appreciation for complexity. In 2018, Apeiron Management forged a strategic partnership with Apollo Global Management, LLC to pursue credit investment opportunities in Italy.
