Habiendo sido el Port Security Manager del puerto N° 4 en el mundo Manzanillo de Colima México. Habiendo intervenido en el startup y diseño inicial de las mencionadas instalaciones portuarias, teniendo de esta forma la experiencia interna y externa como contratante y prestador. Pudiendo de esta forma brindarnos un valor agregado, tanto en la interpretación como en la aplicación del ISPS normado por las Naciones Unidas a través de la Organización Marítima Internacional. Programa instituido en forma global luego del atentado a las Torres Gemelas de New York y aplicado por todos los países adheridos al mencionado convenio, el cual ha sido adoptado por la Argentina como país miembro.
