Applied Electronics Research Team (APERT)

APERT collaborates in R+D projects financed by public calls of the different administrations and conducts R+D projects under contract for companies or institutions within the scope of the research lines of the group. The main research activities are focused on Digital Electronics for Networking (SoC, FPGA) and Power Electronics for Energy Conversion. APERT was founded in 2002 by a group of researchers of the University of the Basque Country (Bilbao, Spain) and it is located in the Faculty of Engineering. As a result of this research activity, APERT has participated in more than 100 Research Projects (competitive public calls and private funded) and it has contributed with more than 100 Scientific Articles, 7 patents, 80 books and 25 PhD Thesis.
