Apesan provides perfect-fit car mats and is now among the leading car mats manufacturers in Europe - and the leading one in Turkiye with TPE, Rubber and Textile in portfolio.
Our main product is TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) custom-fit Floor and Cargo/Trunk Liners. We have currently more than 350 perfect-fit vehicle models in our product list. We are carrying on 7/24 TPE production in our 1500-sqm TPE facility on the Istanbul European side with over 55 employees including our Quality, Product Development, Engineering, and Supply Chain divisions in-house. Our annual capacity is approximatley 1200 tons of net TPE product with our 1 extrusion, 1 injection and 2 thermoforming lines besides the molding department - in other words: over 300.000 sets of Floor Mats and/or 600.000 pcs of Cargo/Trunk Mats. We are working according to ISO9001 Quality Management System procedures and all of our are products are REACH Compliant certified by TÜV Rheinland. More than 70% of our production is exported to the European Union - mostly to be sold online.
Our joint-factory is the no. 1 OE Aftersales supplier of Rubber Car Floor Mats in Turkiye along with Universal Rubber Car Mats for the aftermarket. Our annual capacity is over 350.000 sets of Floor Mats in our 1500-sqm Rubber facility on the Istanbul Asian side.
We also design, develop and product with our partnerships: high-quality custom-fit and universal Textile / Carpet Floor Mats and Roof Cargo Boxes.
We define ourselves as a company of Automotive, Plastics and E-Commerce verticals - and primarily a Car Mats leader.
In 2025, we plan to more than double our production capacity with Plastic Injection, Plastic Thermoforming and Textile Car Mats for Aftermarket and OEM focuses.
