Founded in 1999, Apex Harmony Lodge (AHL) is a non-profit organisation and the first and only purpose-built Lodge for persons with dementia in Singapore.
Anchored by our vision and mission, we strive to reframe dementia, celebrating dementia as a unique phase of life, so that persons with dementia (PWDs) can live life to their fullest. We do this through strength-based, person centered approaches in our integrated dementia care, with the belief that each PWD is a gift to us.
Beyond providing long-term residential care in our nursing home across the spectrum, we also provide services for clients living with dementia and their caregivers in the community.
