At Apex Multifamily Capital LLC, our managing partners are all physicians. We use a syndication model and work with a network of highly successful real-estate professionals to strategically invest in the multifamily real estate market. As practicing healthcare professionals, we understand the frustration of working so hard to watch your income evaporate in taxes. We help our partners invest their money in ways that can reduce their taxable income, optimize growth in their pre-tax retirement savings (401K, 403B, IRA, etc), and/or to generate a reliable source of passive income. Our geographical scope is very broad, and we meticulously evaluate investment opportunities throughout the United States. While our experience is that investments in the secondary market (population between 1-5 million) work best for our partners, we explore investment opportunities in a range of markets. But most importantly – we will never present our partners a deal that we would not be willing to invest our own money in!
