Job Description: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Immigration Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and support to clients seeking to obtain visas, permanent residency, or citizenship. This role involves evaluating client eligibility, preparing and submitting applications, and ensuring compliance with all immigration regulations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs and eligibility. Provide detailed advice and guidance on visa options, permanent residency, and citizenship. Prepare, review, and submit accurate and complete immigration applications and supporting documents. Stay updated on changes to immigration laws, policies, and procedures. Maintain detailed and organized client records and case files. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist with appeals and resolve complex immigration issues as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-6 months of experience in immigration consulting or a related field. In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
