San Diego, Orange, Imperial APEX Accelerator

San Diego, Orange, Imperial Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) is now APEX Accelerator, providing the same services to the region's small businesses to help procure government contracts at NO COST. Our center is an economic development program hosted by the Southwestern Community College District's Center for Business Advancement in National City. We provide no cost training and one-on-one assistance to help the San Diego, Orange, and Imperial county regions' small businesses and entrepreneurs learn how to do business with federal, state, and local government agencies. Any small business with an office in these counties may receive our services, provided it has a product or service that has reasonable expectation of being procured under government contract or purchase order.
