The name APILA is created from the first letters of each of the Latin words for Activity, Progress, Inspiration, Balance and Water - which are also the read thread of our business! Our vision is to inspire and develop - by creating curiosity and gaining insights about consumers and markets in order to make insight based decisions and by developing individual and company health through activities increasing well-being (mindfulness, yoga, training, waterbased activities). Our drive is to make a positive difference! We have three core areas; - Insight based consulting (APILA Progress Insight Consultancy) - Health, training & wellbeing (Yoga Blue Zense) - Waterbased activities (Dalarö Surf Point) APILA Progress Insight Consultancy Offering insight- and marketing related consulting and project management services (shorter and/or longer projects) and interim assignments. Focus on developing businesses, strategies, concepts, brands and categories based on a genuine interest in consumer and shopper behavior. Solid market research, trend management, insight generation, brand & business development, concept development, project management and leadership experience. Proven track record of successfully managing insight functions and in leveraging insights adding value to businesses. We are offering a broad range of events, courses, classes, training sessions, personal training and development as well as team building activities for both individuals and groups/companies with water based activities, yoga and training as a foundation; windsurfing, SUP (Stand Up Paddle board), training, yoga on water (SUP Yoga) and yoga on land.
