Nasz nowoczesny park maszynowy to obecnie 31 wtryskarek o sile zwarcia od 70T do 1300T umożliwiających produkcję detali o wadze od 1 g do 9 kg. Usługi które świadczymy to przetwórstwo tworzyw metodą wtrysku (również dwukomponentowy 2K i trójkomponentowy 3K), wtrysk konwencjonalny, z gazem, technologia IML (In-Mould Labeling), obtrysk, sitodruk, lakierowanie oraz montaż i automatyzacja procesu produkcyjnego
Nasza nowoczesna narzędziownia umożliwia budowę zaawansowanych narzędzi o masie do 16 ton.

Since 1992, APLEX has specialized in comprehensive services in the field of plastic injection molding and the production of injection molds. Our modern machine park currently consists of 31 injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 70T to 1300T, enabling the production of parts weighing from 1 gram to 9 kilograms. Our services include: plastic injection molding (including two-component 2K and three-component 3K molding), conventional injection molding, gas-assisted injection molding, IML (In-Mould Labeling) technology, overmolding, screen printing, painting, assembly, and production process automation. Our new tool shop allows for the construction of advanced tools weighing up to 16 tons. We are certified in accordance with the following quality standards: IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 28000:2022.
