A.P. Moller Capital SDC is a service delivery company supporting the operational backbone of the A.P. Moller Capital universe. Headquartered in the Netherlands, the SDC provides non-licensed, execution-focused services across offices and across the investment platforms in funds managed by A.P. Moller Capital. The SDC provides services commonly sourced from external providers, including functional support during due diligence within human resources, environmental and social governance, legal, and finance; support for onboarding of investments into fund platforms post-closing; transaction execution logistics; document and data handling; administrative services such as accounting and reporting facilitation; and oversight of a network of advisors, enabling fast deployment of industry and sector-specific professionals. These activities are all centralised in the SDC and performed consistently across structures and jurisdictions.
