I started my career as an associate business analyst here. This project began during the COVID-19 pandemic. I collaborated with stakeholders, understood project requirements, mostly participated in virtual meetings, and very efficiently documented ideas correctly and convincingly to meet their business requirements and documented details using Confluence. I worked with designers to create user flow maps, planned the project lifecycle using Trello, and created tasks and subtasks in Jira for the development team. I ran weekly meetings to track project progress and discuss roadblocks. I created weekly reports and shared progress with stakeholders and all required parties.
