Apogee Construction specializes in Residential, Multifamily, Hotel and Mixed-use construction. Our company offers two (2) types of service; Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc): Under the Construction Manager as Constructor method, the tasks of contractor and construction manager are combined and allocated to Apogee Construction. Our company will develop a guaranteed maximum price (GMP), and accept control over the construction work by direct contracts with subcontractors. In this type of project delivery, the construction manager acts as the general contractor for the project. Apogee Construction also offers specialized general contractor services. This provision gives the general contractor the option to hire us to manage single or multiple scopes of a project. Construction Manager as Adviser (CMa): Under the Construction Manager as Adviser method, the owner selects the design team and general contractor for the project. Apogee Construction will serve as an adviser to the owner, coordinating, and inspecting during project design and construction. Owners also have the option of utilizing the Apogee Construction staff to fill key roles on the project management team including: the Project Manager, Project Engineer, Controller and Coordinators.
