Apollo Care Services is an administrative service provider to healthcare professionals that enables specialist physicians (e.g., ENT, Dermatology, Podiatry) to effectively provide care, direct to residents of long-term-care facilities at their bedside.
Residents of long-term-care facilities have a high need for routine preventative specialist care (e.g., annual full body skin check from a Dermatologist) but are currently under served because of the difficulties related to taking these residents, who oftentimes are handicapped and bedridden, outside of the facility to a physician’s office but most of this care can be provided bedside direct to the facilities. There are some challenges, both operational and economic, for any individual physician to provide in facility treatment.
Apollo Care Services addresses these issues by decreasing the operational challenges while also making the economic incentive attractive enough so that physicians are willing to provide care direct to the facilities. We accomplish this by creating a centralized and scale organization that is solely focused on building a network of long-term-care facilities and providing them with specialist care through a network of physicians and their physician’s assistants and nurses.
