Apollo Systems was founded under the original Kodak Ektron group in 1968 and became an independent entity from Giesecke & Devrient in 2005. The core market has been securities/ banknote/ stamp printing until introducing its product line to commercial print and packaging converters at the 2008 Graph Expo.
