Association of Professional Property Investors

The A.P.P.I. are a not for profit, independent association, founded by Property Investor and Educator, Lindsay Hopkins. A.P.P.I. is the first of its kind in the UK. We are not ‘just’ a networking group. We are not ‘just’ a resource for information. We are a Professional Association comprising members throughout the UK, all of whom are vetted to ensure they are ethical property investors and landlords. The association offers multiple avenues of support and networking opportunities via the interactive members map, directory, Facebook and WhatsApp groups. We have a members only networking meeting with a unique format that has saved members money and time on their journey. Our members benefit from discounts and incentives from various relevant industry sectors. We additionally provide useful and important information, an annual conference and awards dinner, all whilst creating a collective voice. At our core is the desire to be the association which, rather than creating further competition in our industry, creates a collaborative space to the benefit of all.
