About Appleton Asset Management (AAM)
The Appleton Asset Management (AAM) Business at a Glance: - We buy properties which we can add significant value too with Equity Partners and Joint Venture Partners. - We maximise their value through refurbishment and/or development and other marginal gains. - We either then refinance with a commercial Bank and retain and rent out - Or we sell the unit or units for a significant profit AAM Overview AAM is a property Investment and development company focusing on producing, highly desirable, contemporary and sustainable residential property in the UK. AAM provides investors with fantastic returns either by working closely with them to acquire and build a portfolio of very high yielding properties or by offering investors substantial returns on a guaranteed fixed return equity loan basis. More About Us AAM aim is to identify, acquire and manage high income producing properties that provide opportunities for investors to preserve capital investments, receive consistent cash flow and grow their capital over time while waiting for future capital appreciation of the assets. We focus on finding residential and commercial properties with unlocked potential and provide the ability to add significant value through refurbishment and/or development into luxury, high yielding houses of multiple occupation and blocks of flats which are either retained for long term investment or sold for significant profit. Our experience over the last 5 years of buying and developing property has enabled us to build a strong reputation as one of the leading property investment and asset management companies in the West Midlands. We typically focus on up and coming areas within six main areas within the West Midlands: Hereford, Malvern, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Worcester and Telford.
