CappsOff is our offline programming software with built in CAD interfaces to most CAD systems, has optimum path generation and collision avoidance algorithm. CappsNC is our on machine tool metrology and feedback software. It can program and operate multi axis machine tools with up to 8 degrees of freedom and generate CMM reports directly on the machining center. It could be used as a metrology feedback to automated systems providing part offset and tool compensation in a lights out automated manufacturing environment.
