Applied Building Systems was founded by Ed Souder and Jordan Colville. Together, Ed and Jordan have over 50 years of experience in the HVAC industry, spending the last 12 years working together to provide custom controls solutions for a wide range of customer needs. Ed Souder has been in the HVAC industry for over 31 years and has been designing commercial/industrial mechanical, and control systems for over 22 of those years. Over the course of his career Ed has gained a reputation of honesty, integrity, and excellence throughout the Shenandoah Valley. Jordan Colville has been in the industry for a bit over 19 years, and has experience in nearly every role in HVAC commissioning and controls, from installation to design. He developed a reputation at a young age for his natural aptitude and skills with HVAC and Controls work. Together, Ed and Jordan have a dynamic skill set that allows them to provide a uniquely comprehensive system for every application. Our Mission is to provide the best integrated Building Automation Systems and solutions possible, lowering energy usage, optimizing building comfort and proactively reducing downtime.
