Started in 2014 to service the computational needs of Canada, Applied CCM Inc is engineering software development company delivering innovative, cost effective computational continuum mechanics (CCM) solutions. Our aim is to improve customer efficiency, not compromise on quality or scope of service, provide advanced CFD consultation services, promote the correct application of CFD analysis in all industries, and build long term client relationships while exercising transparency, mutual respect and trust. We are partnered with Dr. Darrin Stephens, located in Melbourne, Australia, who founded Applied CCM Pty Ltd in 2011. Along with development, training and support services Applied CCM offers a technology subscription service which includes access to an industrial strength suite of solvers and applications derived from the OpenFOAM® library. In addition, Applied CCM is also the originator and main developer of Caelus (www.caelus-cml.com), a fork of OpenFOAM with the goal to improve the user experience and give businesses confidence that open-source CFD solutions are an excellent alternative to commercial offerings. In addition, we are the distributor of Pointwise, the industry-leading independent CFD mesh generation software, in Canada.
