EMI / RFI Shielding Coatings:
ACT is the market leader for application of conductive paints within Europe. Dr. Y. Zaka pioneered the development of EMI/RFI Shielding Coatings in the UK, and over 30 years has developed one of the most experienced teams in application of conductive coatings.
Using precision masking tools and manual and robotic spray application ACT serves over 200 customers in the Defence, Medical and Electronic Instrumentation sectors.
There are several conductive paints based on Graphene, Nickel, Copper or Silver. ACT can help design the best solution for your application.
Decorative Coating Applications
The appeal and value of an injection moulding can be enhanced by applying a cosmetic finish. ACT has developed extensive experience of applying metallic, pearlescent, high gloss and soft- feel paints.
Parts are sprayed in fully enclosed spray booths to provide an exceptionally high finish quality. ACT serves many industries including automotive, white goods and bathroom sanitary ware and is accredited to ISO9001:2015.
Automotive Coatings
ACT can meet the demands of the automotive sector for low and high volume production and provides coatings and services to Europe’s most recognisable automotive brands: BMW, JLR, Aston Martin, VW Bentley and Volvo.
Turnkey project management solutions are in place to procure mouldings, paint and provide sub-assembly operations. ACT currently operates 4 robotic spraying lines. Each line includes IR or Thermal curing capabilities and has dedicated 2k mixing technology.
