ANFT’s quantum dot technologies enables the development of highly sensitive longwave infrared and tera-hertz (THz) photodetectors suitable for large format focal plane arrays than can be used in remote sensing, target tracking and environment monitoring. ANFT’s printable nano-transistor provides a new platform technology for large-area conformal integrated circuits. We are also developing novel electro-optic technologies for ultra-compact optical switches and tunable optical filters with nanosecond wavelength scanning speed.
