Our team of experienced professionals has an established track record in the credit space, with extensive experience in loan origination, distribution and restructuring. Our chief underwriting officer has 30+ years of credit underwriting experience through various leadership positions within a major global bank, including as Global Head of Loan Syndications, Americas Head of Corporate Origination, and Americas Head of Restructuring.
We work closely with our lender clients to identify opportunities well suited for credit default insurance. Our risk pricing is based on probability of default, as informed by our extensive experience in credit and the capital markets, and loss given default, as determined utilizing our sophisticated proprietary models and extensive restructuring experience.
