ApprenticeWorks provides classes and services to teach coding with an emphasis on applications and problem solving. Programming is a career predicated on learning not memorizing syntax and our courses reflect that reality. Our programs foster a passion for coding and problem solving, teach passionate students to be self-sufficient learners and share craft knowledge through apprenticeship with experienced developers. Our core operation is maintaining our pipeline of coders. We address the need for talented programmers by attracting K-12 students to the field and providing them with specialized coursework and other technical support. Our K-12 programs, mentorships, and internships create a pool of apprentices for positions with our partner companies. ApprenticeWorks uses the apprenticeship model to develop well rounded programmers who can contribute immediately as valuable members of a team.
