Approved Inspectors Ltd are a Registered Building Control Approver (RBCA) with offices in Lancashire, Cheshire, Manchester and the Midlands. We provide a comprehensive Building Control service for clients undertaking a range of building work from small domestic extensions through to large commercial building schemes. We are licenced to operate as a Registered Building Control Approver (RBCA) by the Building Safety Regulator (BSR). We are audited and certified to undertake Building Control work in accordance with Part II of the Building Act 1984 and the Building (Registered Building Control Approvers etc.) Regulations 2024. We understand that navigating the Building Regulations can be a complex process and so work in partnership with you, to guide your project to a successful completion. We have a friendly, helpful team of Registered Building Inspectors (RBIs) supported by a proficient Business Support Team, who are responsive and at hand to answer any queries, available by email and phone. We take great pride in employing highly motivated and experienced Building Surveyors that are both technically and commercially aware. Our team includes specialists in Fire Engineering, Structural Engineering, Acoustics and Historic Buildings. All of our surveyors are qualified professionals with many years of Building Control experience both in the public and private sectors. Our surveyors are required to undertake a minimum of 30 hours of Continued Professional Development (CPD) every year. This ensures you get a professionally qualified advisor that has both specialist expertise and up to date knowledge to undertake their role.
