This is an online methodology used to conduct qualitative / quantitative surveys based on Facebook user data and considering the footprint users are generating on this network, It uses primary data (data provided by the respondents themselves), while secondary data (deduced from the respondent’s footprint on the social network) may also be gathered and considered in the analysis. Methodology is tested, validated and commercially used for market surveying purposes - first time in 2014.
