APRODIT has been developing and manufacturing equipment for in-line inspections, pigging and repairs of pipelines since 2006. Currently we produce the following equipment: Multi-channel electronic calipers PVM with navigation modulus for XYZ mapping; Low-frequency (22Hz) electromagnetic transmitters PNT; Low frequency (22 Hz) and magnetic field receivers NPR; Acoustic amplifiers LKA (geophones); Data Loggers RDT (with IMU) which record temperature and pressure along the pipeline being attached to any in-line pig. We are proud to offer our equipment world wide. It is important for our customers to keep expenses connected with transportation via pipelines at the lowest level. With our equipment there is possibility to reduce the cost of pigging and inspections without taking any additional risk. Our equipment was developed in cooperation with and on request of major Russian holdings which use huge nets of pipelines. Our devices were checked and perfected after thousands of runs through hundreds of different pipelines. All equipment is safe for use in hazardous environment and inside pipelines with very different characteristics and conditions. For the most demanded devices we keep reserves available in our storehouse for fast delivery. Our multi-channel compact calipers of PVM line will provide comprehensive report with all geometry abnormalities with GPS coordinates named and sorted. It allows all geometry defects and abnormalities and all bends visualization as well as measuring, kml file creation for Google Earth. So safe run of inspection or cleaning pig.
