APS S.r.l. was established in 2005 with the aim of applying the founding partners’ academic experience to engineering consultancy services for businesses. The broad range of expertise that APS can offer enables the company to deal with and solve complex design tasks embracing multiple disciplinary fields, combining the typical activities of an engineering company with R&D and R&I. A strong specialization in plant engineering and design is operated with an innovative approach to the design process. APS has developed its experience mainly in the field of mechanical systems, in the following areas: - Design and planning supervision: Civil and industrial plants, Hospital plants, School plants, Network infrastructures and primary urbanization, District cooling/heating; - Safety management and Risk assessment; Fire prevention; - Sustainability assessment; - Acoustic and environmental impact studies; - CHP plants; - Renewable energy: wind, biomass, hydro, solar; Smart grids; - Authorization procedures. APS S.r.l. provides consultancy services, either directly or through highly qualified partnerships, according to the multiple needs of the Company. APS S.r.l. carries out scientific activity in the fields of mechanical and thermal measurements, industrial mechanical plants, engineering physics, machines and systems for energy and the environment. The methodologies developed concern the modeling, the characterization of components and systems as well as the extraction, interpretation and representation of measurement data.
