The association has three key objectives:
- Create the link between students and professionals in social and organizational psychology. This in order to create a professional network
- Set up conferences to share the knowledge of psychology professionals and their field experience.
- Develop workshops for students at the University of Rouen to help them in their university studies (thesis writing, oral presentation, PowerPoint ...) and in a professionalizing dimension (resume, cover letter and interviews)
The association's board is exclusively composed of master's students in social and organizational psychology of the University of Rouen.
