APT Consultancy Services is a project and construction management company established in May 2008, specializing in Commercial Interior projects.
We work diligently with our clients from pre- construction to project delivery and to client move-in to the new premises. Our team is composed of trained and skilled Architects, Engineers and Technical Support Staff that are dedicated to provide high quality and efficient services.
In August 2012, APTCS became an affiliate of Colliers International- Phils, Inc.
In 2013, APTCS became a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and ventured into sustainability consulting to service clients that are engaged in LEED projects, such as Sun Life Centre Office
Fitout, which has been certified LEED Platinum by the USGBC.
