APTA Nevada is a chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). The APTA is a national professional organization representing more than 80,000 members. Its goal is to foster advancements in Physical Therapy practice, research, and education. Information about the APTA is at www.apta.org . As a non-profit, professional organization with close to 600 Physical Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapy Students, and Physical Therapy Assistant Students in Nevada, members represent APTA Nevada members represent the many varied areas of our practice, including hospital inpatient settings, rehabilitation hospitals, outpatient/free-standing clinics and home health agencies.
