Align development and operations areas with significant downtime reductions. Definition of processes and cultural alignment of people. - Cultural Change Management: Guarantee the effectiveness of an organizational change in a structured way avoiding possible resistances, reducing the time and reducing risks of failures. Alignment of the various areas and people, as well as training in new processes and models. - Cloud Computing: Strategy and roadmap for cloud computing deployment. Definition of the best solution and balancing between Public Cloud and Private Cloud. Establishing the strategy of products and applications that will be migrated to the Cloud. Management of cultural and process change for the new architecture. - Project Management and PMO: ensure that a project is completed on time and within budget, project's objectives meet and that everyone else is doing their job properly. Project managers oversee the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied. Manage a project management office (abbreviated to PMO) to define and maintain standards for project management within the organization, also work to standardize and introduce economies of repetition in the execution of projects.
