APTLO is a non-profit, non-political, and non-governmental national Afghan NGO established in Herat, Afghanistan. APTLO aims to rebuild Afghanistan by breaking the cycles of violence, poverty, and injustice through means of sustainable economic and social investment. APTLO’s main target areas are Education, Agriculture, Health and Social Services.
