Andhra Pradesh Training and Placement Officers Consortium registered in the year 2015 vide registration number 206 of 2015 on 19th November 2015 under Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001 with the following Aims and Objectives. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES 1. To gain advantage for the institute working for, through collective and collaborative efforts of TPOs of the colleges existing in Andhra Pradesh in T&P Activity 2.To address problems faced by Colleges, through cooperation, in the areas relating to Training & Placements in attaining excellence 3.To create mechanism to eradicate unethical practices by various stakeholders in placement / Training activities 4.To create new methodologies to improve processes involved in screening, assessment of students during placement activity 5.Developing competencies required among student community through cost-effective knowledge sharing 6.To regulate the cost of training imposed on students by the training service providers 7.To carry on activities for any charitable purpose and activities of general public utility 8.To provide knowledge to the association and its members from time to time including exchange of information
