APTR is the national membership association of medical, public health, and health professions faculty and institutions advancing prevention and population health education, training, and research. Our members include preventive medicine programs, graduate programs in public health, medical school departments with a population health focus, health professions schools, and faculty responsible for teaching population health.
The APTR Council of Graduate Programs in Public Health supports those accredited and emerging graduate programs across the U.S. that grant a variety of public health degrees.
