AQUOR Pty Ltd

AQUOR was established in 2017 to develop and commercialise the Technology of Subsurface Dams in Australia. To do so, AQUOR has formed a consortium in which a group of Australian and Japanese companies, including technical, economic, and stakeholder engagement consultants and a contractor, have teamed up to work collaboratively to develop the subsurface dam across its life cycle and AQUOR is the consortium lead. The target region for developing that technology is the Wet Tropics of Queensland, which will be Australia's first pilot.
