AR Holding Srl

AR HOLDING SRL is the lead company of the AR group, established to carry out the management and coordination activity of the two operating companies AR ALIMENTARI SRL and AR FOOD SRL. The AR group was constituted in 2012 with the establishment of AR FOOD to manage the two business units of AR ALIMENTARI through two distinct companies: production of sliced meats and cheeses for large-scale retail trade, production of long-lasting food rations for military and civilian needs. Since 2012, the production of food rations has therefore been carried out only by AR FOOD, while AR ALIMENTARI concentrates all its resources in the production of sliced cured meats and cheeses for large-scale retail trade, for catering and for the food industry. AR HOLDING we constituted in December 2020 to rationalize the corporate structure of the two operating companies, and to guarantee the AR Group unity of purpose, management continuity, and optimal organization for the development of existing operating companies and those that will be established in the future.
