Arab Watch Coalition

Arab Watch Coalition (AWC) is a regional coalition of civil society organizations from MENA. Our mission is to oversee International Financial Institutions (IFIs) in the region, ensuring that development processes are inclusive, just, and sustainable for everyone. We work closely with local communities, civil society, and rights-holders to ensure their voices are heard in national development. The global development agendas, often set by IFIs, frequently overlook the communities they impact. AWC addresses this gap by engaging with IFIs in MENA, facilitating communication with affected communities and partnering with global IFIs watcher organizations.
