As a result, our product, design, and software development processes work in tandem with customer feedback and experiments that iterate on the feature set that will deliver value to users. Ultimately, our focus is on outcomes, not features. Our goal is to produce great outcomes for our partners and participate in them, or fail quickly so that we and our partners don’t spin our wheels on ventures that won’t succeed.
