With a vision to combat climate change and promote regenerative agriculture, ARABLE EARTH is actively encouraging bamboo cultivation under a buy-back agreement and sourcing bamboo from the Telangana government. Biochar is a climate-positive material with multiple environmental and agricultural benefits: 1. Carbon Sequestration – Locks carbon in the soil for centuries, preventing CO₂ emissions. 2. GHG Reduction – Lowers methane (CH₄) and nitrous oxide (N₂O) emissions. 3. Soil Enhancement – Boosts fertility, moisture retention, and microbial activity. 4. Waste Management – Converts agricultural waste into a valuable resource. 5. Water Retention – Increases soil water-holding capacity, aiding drought-prone areas. BIOCHAR PRODUCTION & INFRASTRUCTURE The company is setting up a cutting-edge Pyrolysis unit designed to process 409 tons of bamboo per day, yielding approximately 109 tons of Biochar.
