SAC precast is a Designer, Manufacturer and Erector of precast concrete elements. It covers all types of precast elements including prestressed beams and hollowcore floor or wall slabs to non-stressed elements such as stair flights to complex architectural concrete elements. Arabtec Precast Factory is located in Jebel Ali at Dubai Investment Park. It initially commenced production last November 2004. Production in its new purpose-built factory began last December 2008. The total site covers an area of 75,000 m2 with its main production building covering an area of 25,000 m2. Arabtec Precast mixes its own high-grade concrete either grey or colored, utilizing the latest technology batching plants for the manufacture of all its reinforced and prestressed concrete elements. Competencies in speed, quality, value engineering, design, production and delivery allow Arabtec Precast to provide its customers with a wide range of precast and prestressed concrete technologies, products and effective solutions.
