Since 2018, Aracacao is a Bean to Bar maker established in San José, Costa Rica
and we make our recipes from scratch and source our cacao directly with the
local farmers and cooperatives, with local ingredients and packaging so we can
watch and control all the craft chocolate process from the cacao sorting,then the roasting, winnowing, refining, conching and tempering, so we can achieve our own unique flavor profiles.
