Aragon focuses on the recruitment & selection of personnel for companies within the Dutch manufacturing industry, including its foreign branches. In addition, Aragon offers temporary operational and specialist professional support on a project basis in the event of sudden departure or unexpected absence of employees or companies that are in a restructuring or growth phase. Together with our clients, we build on the successes of their companies and we establish connections between people who will work there, external parties or people who can help them on a project basis. We also look within the organization at how we can better connect people with each other.
